SHOP POLICIES AND INFO

SHIPPING AND REFUND DETAILS
Your package will be posted via Australian post (express)- $12.
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Unless your purchase is a custom order, this may take up to 2-4 weeks.
A Tracking number will be provided. Once Shipment has taken place TOM STUDIO is no longer responsible for your package, any lost or stolen packages, delays in delivery, or any damages occurring during delivery.
Refunds will be accepted for faulty and irreparable items, as well as any sizing or fitting issues. If the product is not what you thought a refund may be considered. Please email a refund request to tomstudioinfo@gmail.com.
The product must be returned before a refund can be processed.
Size exchanges are also available. Please email your request and return the received item.
All refunds and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of shipment date and will be processed within 7 days of item being received once returned.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND REPAIRS
If you can't quite see what you are after on the SHOP page or you wish to request a custom order. Whether it is a surfboard cover, artwork, or clothing item, I may be able to help. If you have any special requests relating to sizing and shape, colour and fabric, please email tomstudioinfo@gmail.com to see what I can do!
Custom orders can take up to 2-4 weeks to be processed, made and shipped.
If your product needs to be repaired in anyway, please email through some pictures and a repair request. If reparable, you will need to post back to me and a repair will be organised and item shipped back within 7 days of receiving.
If the issue appears irreparable, a refund will be processed or an exchange may be processed free of charge for any new postage fees (IF within 40 days of purchasing).
SURFBOARD COVER SIZING AND FABRIC DETAILS
All covers are made to fit a fish shaped board, leaving room to also fit a more regular shaped board. Sizing is done on average board measurements. Please be aware that most boards differ in sizing and shape slighty and a mis-fit is subject to occur.
